REFUND, CANCELLATION  POLICY

Refund policy and cancellation policy are both  determined by your ticket of travel provider; i.e., those agencies with which Real Western Hospitality® is affiliated , be it AMTRAK, VacationsbyRail, Viking, Carnival, Silversea, etc.;  each provider has its own refund and cancellation policy and requests for refund and cancellations are determined by the specific travel provider.

Real Western Hospitality® charges a refund processing fee of 2% or $40 whichever is the lesser, based on ticket price for refunds if the travel provider issuing the ticket provides a refund.

This sum is subtracted from the refund issued and is so noted on the refund instrument.

There is no cancellation fee unless the ticket provider requests such.  Real Western Hospitality® does not add an additional fee to any cancellation fee levied by a ticket provider.

If no refund is issued, there is no refund  fee charged by Real Western Hospitality® .

If another fare is booked via Real Western Hospitality® services, there is no refund fee charged by Real Western Hospitality® .

Therefore, please be doubly sure  and above all, certain, of your travel plans.

PRIVACY POLICY

Real Western Hospitality® does not archive your email address. At this point in time there is no email advertising or promotional email list. Real Western Hospitality® does not share or provide your email data to anyone. The record of transaction is the only archiving that Real Western Hospitality® performs with your data for possible future reference by purchaser.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY STATEMENT

Real Western Hospitality® acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Real Western Hospitality® shall not be responsible or held liable for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may or be occasioned for any reason by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith of the instruments of travel provided client( s) by Real Western Hospitality®.

Real Western Hospitality® shall not be liable for any injuries or damages to any client or be subject to any claim, demand, injury, or damages, whatsoever, including without limitation, those damages from acts of passive or active negligence on the part of Real Western Hospitality®, its officers, employees, or agents to extend said waiver to include the travel and accommodations providers brokered client(s ) by the services of Real Western Hospitality®.

Client does hereby expressly release and discharge Real Western Hospitality® , its officers, employees, or agents from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action.  Client acknowledged that he/she has carefully read this paragraph and fully understands that this document is a waiver and release of liability.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify political and other potentially unsafe conditions at point of destination as well as from point of departure.

Real Western Hospitality® does not broker travel insurance, but for peace of mind, travel insurance is highly recommended.
